All venues are single-level and ramp accessible from the rear of the bank, and include tables and chairs.

Who can reserve our community facilities?

Any Luana Savings Bank customer may reserve our community facilities by contacting the respective location. Community events may be allowed by application.

What can our facilities be used for?

Ossian, Luana, and Polk City may be used for small private events, such as a business meeting or training. Luana and Polk City may be used for family events like a graduation reception, or some community events including craft shows, public meetings, and seminars.

Hours & Limits

Facilities are generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Facilities can be reserved from 1 hour to 1 day. Facility reservations may be made anytime before your event (first-come, first-served), but are only approved during regular business hours Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please plan ahead.

Facility Fees

Fees and/or deposits are not required for customers in good standing so long as facilities remain taken care of and not abused. Community events will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Before, During and After a Reservation

A liability and damage waiver is required before an event; promptly report any damage or issues with the facility. Please return the facilities to the same state they were in when you arrived. This includes collecting garbage, placing tables/chairs back into storage or arranging as found, cleaning kitchen appliances and surfaces, vacuuming, and disposing of food or other items that were used during the event. For your safety and that of our building, facilities and the parking lot are under 24/7 video surveillance.
