Will the App Work with my Phone?
Due to market demand, the App is currently only available for devices running Android and iOS (iPad, iPhone). If you use one of these devices, check the suggested minimum requirements above. If your phone features a currently supported operating system like Blackberry, Windows, or Kindle Fire, your web browser should be capable of loading Online Banking. Visit our website on your device (hold your device in landscape mode) then log into Online Banking. PLEASE NOTE that mobile device web browsers may not be fully capable as would a desktop computer browser, and as such, there are no guarantees and some features may not be available nor work correctly.
The App Doesn't Work Correctly
Check that your device meets the recommended minimum requirements above. Restart your device. Fully un-install the App and Re-install. Note that we do not support devices that have been altered outside of the service providers recommendations, such as in "Jail Breaking".
My Phone was Stolen; What do I do?
The App is not paired to a specific mobile device and cannot be used without a valid username and password. However, it would be a good idea to change your Online Banking password.
I have a new Phone; do I need to do make any changes?
Simply re-download and install the App! You'll be prompted for a Secure Access Code on first use.
Debit cards can be managed through the Shazam Brella app.
Mobile Deposit FAQs
You will not be charged by Luana Savings Bank, so long as you do not use the system excessively. Maximum usage limits and charges, if set, will be published in our Fee Schedule. Check with your mobile service provider for data usage fees and restrictions.
How soon will funds be available after a deposit?
The Mobile Deposit cutoff time is 2 PM Central Time. Items deposited before the cutoff time will generally have funds made available the following business day. For example, if you submit a deposit at 1:00 PM Central Time on Friday, funds will be available Monday. However, if you submit a deposit at 2:01 PM Central Time on Friday, funds will not become available until the following Tuesday.
Are there limits or restrictions?
Luana Savings Bank offers this feature to customers who have acceptable credit worthiness or banking history with us. Furthermore, dollar limits and item limits are in place for your protection and ours; we will contact you if a limit is exceeded.
How do I endorse (or sign) the back?

What happens if an item is rejected?
Luana Savings Bank may reject an item if it is endorsed incorrectly, would cause you to exceed a limit, the check is not made out to you, or another valid reason. If an item is rejected, you will be required to bring that item into one of our branches or mail it to us for it to be deposited.
Can I deposit a Tax Refund check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check?
Items issued by the US Treasury, including Tax Refund Checks, may not be deposited via Mobile Deposit. Money Orders and Cashier's checks are also not eligible for Mobile Deposit. If you deposit an ineligible item, it will be rejected.
