Greenleaf Among Select Group of Bankers to Complete GSBC’s Executive Development Institute for Community Bankers®

Clive, IA – Shane Greenleaf, CEO of Luana Savings Bank recently graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado’s (GSBC) Executive Development Institute for Community Bankers® (EDI), completing the rigorous program as a member of its 13th cohort. The graduation ceremony was held on April 14 in Broomfield, Colo.

EDI is a prestigious leadership development program designed for community bank professionals who are preparing for executive-level leadership. Through one-on-one executive coaching, mentorship and an applied leadership curriculum, participants strengthen the skills needed to guide their institutions into the future. Coursework includes topics such as organizational change, profitability, customer relationships, cybersecurity and talent management.
